We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Apprentice to support our design team in crafting user-first, modern web interfaces. This is a hands-on apprenticeship — you’ll work closely with senior designers and developers to build digital experiences across various industries.
You should have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and a willingness to learn, iterate, and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Design user-centric interfaces — Support in creating clear, functional, and visually Compelling layouts across devices.
Contribute to projects — Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and delivering UI assets for web and mobile projects.
Follow design systems — Learn and apply existing guidelines while contributing to evolving design standards.
Collaborate with the team — Work closely with developers, clients, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
Learn by doing — Get feedback, iterate quickly, and explore new tools and practices in real-world projects.
Basic experience with web or product design (personal or school projects welcome!)
Knowledge of Figma (auto layout, components, variables).
Understanding of design principles (layout, spacing, visual hierarchy).
Curious about user behavior and usability.
Comfortable with feedback and iteration.

Good communicator and team player.
